We’re looking for an experienced Return to Work (RTW) Accommodations Specialist to join our team!
The RTW Accommodations Specialist will assist in the client’s efforts to coordinate and support the process for providing accommodations for the client’s employees with disabilities. This individual will ensure that best practice reasonable accommodations and services are in place and coordinate compliance with regards to the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA) and California employment and privacy laws surrounding employees with disabilities. The successful candidate will support the development and implementation of a stay at work program for work-related or personal injuries and illnesses as well as programs to support employees returning to work after a work-related or personal injury. This role will also work closely identifying new projects to build effective plans to mitigate risk by analyzing data trends.
This regular, full-time position based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
