Marketing Associate

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Associate to join our team!

The Marketing Associate position will collaborate with the Senior Director, Marketing, and stakeholders in the implementation of all marketing activities to increase brand awareness and in support of our team in generation of new business leads and conversions. Additionally, the Marketing Associate will contribute insight and expertise to other marketing activities, as requested.

The position provides tactical delivery of brand marketing programs including, content marketing (blog, social media, white papers, case studies, internal/client newsletters), email/promotional marketing, event marketing (internal company events and industry events), brand management, and some website management.

This regular, full-time position allows for a remote work arrangement.

Position Accountabilities

  • Support the marketing team in planning and implementing marketing projects and campaigns to drive brand awareness
  • Ensure seamless and on-time tactical execution of marketing campaigns
  • Design and produce high-impact, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations
  • Edit and publish communications for promotion of proprietary content developed by subject matter experts
  • Work in partnership with graphic designer and internal content teams to develop collateral
  • Coordinate and execute email campaigns
  • Edit and distribute internal communications/documents
  • Monitor strategic marketing initiatives and manage/oversee projects
  • Manage coordination of internal and external company events including providing on-site support at internal and external events
  • Become proficient in the use of all relevant marketing tools, such as HubSpot and SharePoint
  • Track key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Constantly look for new ways to improve overall programs through new technology, tools, partners, trends, and best practices

Candidate Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and coordinate activities to move campaigns forward from conception to deployment
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in a brand marketing or content marketing role preferred
  • Prior experience with HubSpot, WordPress, and/or SharePoint preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as needed
