This approach was unique to the traditional consulting model and for four decades, we’ve helped nearly a quarter of the Fortune 1000 implement programs that have positively impacted the lives of millions of employees and their families. Over the past 40 years, our evidence-based approach has allowed us to significantly reduce overall costs of our clients’ benefit programs, while enhancing the benefit design, streamlining the process and improving employee engagement and satisfaction.
